I started working out through sports. I have competed in Football, Basketball, Hockey, Water Polo, Track, Swimming and Gymnastics. Fitness has helped me deal with depression throughout my life.
When I workout I am in a constant competition with myself. I love to read, so I listen to books during my workouts.
My training style is very eclectic. I’ve been in the fitness business since the late 1980’s, I have taken the knowledge I’ve gained and created my own style of training. Everything I do is geared around each individual client’s specific goals and needs. I don’t do the same workout twice.
I base everything on my client’s needs. I figure out what people best respond to and create that environment during our sessions. I am a Personal Trainer…each session is customized for each client.
I love spending time with my family and friends. I love animals. And I love helping people feel better about themselves!!
