Fitness is what motivates me everyday. I truly love seeing people push themselves to the limit, feeling better physically and mentally.
I’m a proud wife and mother of three. I know the commitment it takes to achieve your goals. You may think there is not enough time in the day, whether it’s being a stay at home mom or having a full time career, you have to make the time. Without commitment nothing comes easy. I believe YOU have to make time for yourself, to achieve the better you and feel the way you deserve to feel.
Fitness became my passion after having my first child. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid and knew I had to do something. I started out by running outside and on the treadmill. I was insecure and didn’t feel comfortable incorporating strength training or Group X classes into my daily routine. I was so frustrated because I wasn’t seeing the change I expected. After endless research and adding strength training into my routine, I started to see results. I was finally seeing physical change and feeling fantastic.
My training style is tailored to each of my client’s abilities. My goal is to motivate and help you enjoy the entire experience. I pledge 100% commitment to you while we achieve your goals. “It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not.” This quote was me and I never thought I could do it.
